A surprising rooftop retreat
The rooftop bar offers delightful views, and I found the staff exceptionally friendly, always quick to assist. The vibrant atmosphere made unwinding easy after a long day.
However, I faced challenges with room comfort. The shower pressure was frustratingly low, and noise from nearby clubs kept me up late at night, making it difficult to rest.

I loved the spacious room, comfy bed, and hot shower! The nearby taco joints like Tacos Guanajuato hit the spot after a night out. Plus, the vibrant atmosphere at the hotel’s bar was a highlight!
Honestly, the king suite was tighter than a taco! A broken toilet and noise from the clubs had us regretting the stay. The $12 breakfast was just a tease with its toast and coffee.

Rooftop jacuzzi, 5th-floor amenities, Tijuana city view
A room without a window can feel stifling!!! The refrigerator's power shuts off with the key card removal, making it inconvenient!!! Very limited parking space, having to pay across the street is frustrating!!!

My stay was wonderful, particularly due to the clean and spacious room equipped with comfortable bedding and a large flat-screen TV. The hotel's rooftop jacuzzi provided a delightful place to unwind after a day of exploring Tijuana. The attentive staff were truly a highlight.
Thin walls allow noise from other rooms.

i almost thought this hotel would be nice when i checked in, but the room had no window, which felt very claustrophobic. oh, and when i asked for clean towels, they still handed me dirty ones! i expected a complimentary upgrade for all the inconvenience, but guess what? nothing! never returning here, they really don’t know how to pamper their guests.

great amenities but noisy neighbors
The hotel is impressively clean with modern facilities. The rooftop jacuzzi was a perfect spot for relaxation after a busy day, and the huge deck offered a fantastic view of the city. I particularly enjoyed the ample TV channels during downtime, which is often a rarity in hotels. The city view added a charming touch to my stay, making it a unique experience.
Unfortunately, the walls are quite thin, allowing noise from adjacent rooms to be audible.
